2 - 4 Tbsp Irish moss/sea moss gel
2 cup Almond milk (can use coconut milk or Hemp Milk or Organic Raw Grass Fed Cow Milk)
Coconut condensed milk (optional to taste)
1/4 cup of Sweetener – coconut nectar, agave nectar, maple syrup
1/8 tsp Nutmeg
1/8 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp of Vanilla
1. Combine ingredients in a Blender. Blend until smooth and creamy. Taste to adjust flavoring. If desired add Ice and enjoy.
